Where necessary, user data may be shared or transferred with the client organisation offering the Supportal support service in order for the support services to be provided appropriately and safely. By creating a Supportal user account, you are providing your consent for us to do so. We will always tell you in writing if this happens and we will ensure that the transfer will not affect your rights under the contract.
6. You must keep your account details safe
If you choose, or you are provided with, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential. You must not disclose it to any third party. Supportal has the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by Supportal, at any time, if in Supportal's reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these Terms of Use. If you know or suspect that anyone other than you knows your user identification code or password, you must promptly notify us at renally@supportal.health.

Survey questions and the purpose of the survey are determined by the organisation administering the Supportal Health instance and not by Supportal Health.

Responses submitted through surveys may include personal information or information relating to a user's health, experiences, or wellbeing.
Survey responses will be made available to authorised administrators of the organisation operating the service through the Supportal Health administrative tools.
Supportal Health does not control how organisations interpret or use survey responses collected within their instance.
12.3. Platform Administration:
Supportal Health may process survey responses where necessary to:
- Operate and maintain the platform;
- Ensure the quality, reliability, and security of the service;
- Provide technical support;
- investigate safeguarding concerns or risks to user safety; or
- comply with applicable laws or regulatory obligations.
Survey questions and the purpose of the survey are determined by the organisation administering the Supportal Health instance and not by Supportal Health.
12.4. Aggregated Insights:
Supportal Health may use anonymised and aggregated survey data to analyse trends, evaluate platform effectiveness, and improve the Supportal Health service.
Any such analysis will not identify individual users or the organisation administering the service.
13. Disclaimer of Warranty
To the extent permitted by law, use of this website is at your sole risk.
