- Renally mentors provide peer support based on lived experience, not medical advice.
- I will not diagnose, prescribe, or tell anyone to change their treatment.
- I will encourage health questions to be directed to the mentee's care team.
- I understand Renally may pause or end my mentoring access if programme rules are not followed.
Photo Consent
Renally may use photos you provide for your mentor profile and related programme materials. You can withdraw consent by contacting the Renally team. Photos will not be used for unrelated marketing without separate permission.
